How frequently can your cleaning technicians visit?

Our fully trained and qualified technicians provide weekly cleaning from a minimum of 3 days to a full 7-day coverage.

How can we request additional Services?

Requesting additional services has never been easier. Using our Client Portal, our clients are able to request, book and pay for services in. a single place. Alternatively, you can always phone or email any enquiries.

Can we change, add and stop aspects of our service?

Yes. Upgrading tiers is as easy as amending aspects of the plan and package you are under. Requests are as simple as a call, followed up with a commencement date.

Will we always have the same Service Technician? 

Yes. We believe that creating a predictable and consistent service starts with fostering a cohesive relationship between our clients and service operatives.

How do you mitigate security concerns?

We utilise various Access Control measures to maintain asset high security. Lock Boxes to minimise the risk of site access issues, along with the implementation of Authorised Site Access through our Mobile App solutions.

What are the differences between service tiers?

All plans include our 4 stage SoftFM promise. The biggest difference is the scope of work covered as you subscribe to different tiers.

Are we issued with a service contract?

We issue Service Agreements to all our clients. The difference is we will not tie you into a long or fixed term contract, so you can cancel the agreement at any time. Our clients stay because they love what we do and not because they have to.
